As a nurse, mom and wife, this pharmacy is such a breath of fresh air compared to the bureaucracy of CVS, Wal-Mart and Walgreens!! The Pharmacist and staff have been irreplaceable while trying to navigate the realm of basic medical needs to a very complicated set of medical issues within the dynamics of my families needs. With the convenience of being next to Kroger!!!!!! Thanks y'all from the bottom of my heart!

This pharmacy is wonderful!! They care and can’t do enough to take excellent care of his clients. AND ... if you aren’t feeling well... Mr. Syed Kazim will personally deliver your needed medicine ... Bedford Pharmacy is a real 5 star business. The pharmacist and owner, Syed, is so dedicated to his customers. I found Bedford Pharmacy when I had had enough of CVS. They cut hours and staffing and I tried to call 3 days in a row to check if my meds were in. I finally went in person to request the refill and heard the phone ringing the entire time. The girl at CVS said that they dont have time to answer the phone anymore. RIDICULOUS. I immedietly had my prescriptions transferred across the street to Bedford Pharmacy. Syed called me within 15 minutes of receiving them and told me they were ready. He is a gem. I really hope more people consider checking out this pharmacy. He is very deserving of our business and a really great pharmacist.

I cannot thank Syed, the pharmacist, enough for the assistance and guidance he has offered me. I was completely new to Texas and struggling to adjust to a new state and doctor etc. Syed was a blessing from above. Your prices are by far the most reasonable and your customer service is next to none. Thank you thank you again for Everything that you do!!!

Bedford Pharmacy is tucked away in a shopping square/complex across the road from Big Lots on Central Drive. Upon entering, you're greeted with a VERY clean and inviting environment. My pharmacist Kirk who administered my 2020 - 2021 flu vaccine was polite, professional, organized in the paperwork and skillfully knowledgeable. He listened and answered all my questions. I am satisfied to discover a pharmacy that is patient-focused.

This is a perfect example of why we should all support local business! Bedford Pharmacy specializes in one on one customer service. They know their customers and pay close attention to their prescription needs. They always have medications ready when promised and the prices with my insurance for all of my meds are lower than anyone else, even Walmart. Give them a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Great Independent Pharmacy! Helpful and caring staff. Recognizes you by name when you come through the door. Always willing to go the extra mile to serve you with a smile. They keep me up to date with refills and make sure that I do not run out as well as make sure that the meds I need are on hand. Considering that (with insurance) prescriptions have the same out of pocket costs at any given pharmacy, why wouldn't you want to go to THE one where the service is great and it is a pleasant experience? Highly recommended!

Best pharmacy I've used in over a decade!! They absolutely deserve 5 ☆'s and I highly recommend switching to them!! I had to switch with no notice from using Kroger because of insurance issues that arose. This pharmacy, with the help of their pharmacist Dr. Kirk Le, assisted me in getting everything figured out. He confirmed my medication (in the correct milligram) was in-stock, he got everything transferred efficiently that day from the other pharmacy and he was even able to fill my medication for pick-up within 30 minutes of my doctor sending a new prescription to them!! Three months into filling here, they were there to save the day again for me! I had started to realize the brand of generics I've been using didn't seem as effective as prior generic brands I'd taken. I spoke in person again with their pharmacist Dr. Kirk Le, and he went above and beyond to quickly find a solution for me. Right there on the spot, he placed an order with their provider for a new brand of generics to be delivered, so it would be in-stock when it came time to fill my prescription the next month. I have been blown away with how positive the customer service is at this pharmacy and how kind their pharmacist Dr. Kirk Le has been to work with. This is a solid 5☆ Star Pharmacy!! Thank you for your kindness and top-notch service!
